Special Exhibition
Traveling Exhibition of René Magritte

René Magritte was one of outstanding artists in the 20th century, and he painted unique objects beyond what and how we think and take an action. This is the exhibition with his 130 works together in Kyoto where the last one held 44 years ago, and Royal Museums of Fine Arts of Belgium and Fondation Magritte help us have the exhibition of his early and late works. Visitors could track him through those works to know his creation and thoughts.
